-
The maintenance agreement covers both software support and upgrades.
Maintenance is renewed every 12 months and provides the user with free phone, fax and e-mail support as well as free updates within the current version. Maintenance users also receive priority technical assistance and have a greater influence in modifications within the software. When there is a new version release of the software maintenance users receive priority notification and are able to purchase at hugely reduced pricing.

-
Generally users do not require a CD to be purchased. A CD is only required where you do not have internet access or are otherwise unable to download the associated installation file from our website. The installation files that are available for download are always the current up to date versions and include all the features that the CD installations contain.
A CD can be supplied on request with a small handling fee for postage and packaging. Unless otherwise requested, a single CD will be sent. This CD contains full installations of all our programs.
- 5Do I need a new authorisation code when I upgrade? Top
-
No.
When you upgrade to a newer version of the software, the existing authorisation will remain intact providing you install into the same directory/folder that the original installation was installed to.
